This Project is located at Bagmati River, IPA, Panchakanya VDC, Mankwanpur District, Bagmati Zone, Nepal. This project started commercial operation from 1 st April 2019.

Tundi Power Co. was established to construct two power projects situated at Rahughat River in Myagdi district, Dhaulagiri Zone, Western Development Region of Nepal with a total capacity of 84MW. Upper Rahughat Hydropower is located downstream with a capacity of 48.5 MW and Rahughat Mangale Hydropower is located upstream with a capacity of 35.5MW. This project is currently under construction with majority shareholder from a Chinese investment company namely Sichuan Ji An Tai Energy Development Company Limited.

Nilgiri Khola is located at Narchyan, Myagdi District, Western Development Region of Nepal with power generation capacity of Nilgiri Khola project 38MW and Nilgiri Khola Cascade II project 71MW. Nilgiri Khola Hydropower Ltd. (NKHPL) has completed its project Nilgiri I (NI) and Nilgiri II (NII) and started generation. NII project started its commercial operation from 06th April 2024 and NI project started its commercial operation from 5th August 2024.
